Hi Vivid Vision Provider,
The most recent software update contained critical fixes and enhancements to your system. Unfortunately, an older version of the Leap Motion software had some compatibility issues with our update, which is most evident in the Bubbles game. This issue will only affect clinical users that have and use the legacy Leap Motion camera that was included with earlier versions of the Vivid Vision Clinical System.
If your Leap Motion camera is experiencing tracking issues following this most recent update, please contact our support team via email at support@seevividly.com and we will provide a manual update to your software.
